I was being charged for some *** membership from Red Envelope that I wasnt even aware of. Apparently they signed me up when I made a purchase in 2010 and have been charging me 14.95$ ever since.

It was foolish of me to not check my statements regularly, but I have not got a single email or paper mail about my membership or the request to renew it at the end of the year from Red Envelope.

This is a complete scam! Do not get fooled by this idiotic company and be aware every time you make a purchase there.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $900. This person is overall dissatisfied with Red Envelope. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
