I ordered a Christmas gift on December 12.The company confirmed delivery by 12/23.

On 12/23, they sent an email saying the order was cancelled and my money would be refunded. It's too late now to have a gift in hand to my family by Christmas who live in another part of the country. What really bothers me is the last minute notice and the lack of restitution or customer relations for having messed it up.

They didn't even offer a coupon toward a future order, free shipping, nothing.There are way too many retail options out there for me to risk doing business with Red Envelope again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service, order cancelled too late.

Monetary Loss: $100.

I didn't like: Timing of order cancellation.

Same thing here.Ordered on 12/9.

Have had a tracking number for weeks.

Find out today that all six items not coming.This site is bad.
